Users may access features through free credits, promotional credits, advertisement rewards, or paid subscription plans.
The App is offered on a freemium basis. Certain features may require credits or an active subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
The App does not require account creation.
Access and subscription status are managed on a device basis.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your device.
4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
Some features require paid subscriptions or credits.
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
- Payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their policies.
- Credits (including daily or advertisement-based credits) have no cash value and are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit policies, or subscription features at any time.
5. Advertising
Advertisements may be displayed within the main application.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate or modify text based on user input.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.
- AI-generated content is provided for informational and general writing assistance purposes only.
- The App does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before relying on or publishing it.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or its services
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user-provided text) are owned by us.
You retain ownership of text you submit.
You may use AI-generated output for personal or commercial purposes at your discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the App.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your reliance on AI-generated content
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund in accordance with Apple's policies.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
